Even though polished concrete can be slippery when wet, it is no more slipperier than vinyl, linoleum, marble, or ceramic tile floors. If you are concerned about the slipperiness, a nonslip additive can be added to the high-gloss decorative sealer. When kept clean, polished concrete floors isn’t any more slicker than regular concrete floors.
